Troubleshooting

The screen won't rotate to landscape. Turn off iPhone Orientation Lock in Control Center, close Vector Sentinel, then reopen it.

There's no sound. Check that sound is turned on in the app's settings and that your iPhone's volume is up and the silent switch is off. Pausing and resuming the mission can also help.

The map won't load. The core operating areas work offline. If the Live Vector Map provider is unavailable, switch back to one of the bundled operating areas.

The controls feel unresponsive. Use deliberate taps near the center of each control. If the problem continues, email us with your device model.

You're thinking about resetting your data. Try relaunching the app first. Delete All Local Data permanently erases your callsign, settings and career progress, and it can't be undone.
