Privacy Policy
107 Ready does not require an account, does not collect or transmit your personal information, and does not contain third-party analytics, trackers, or ads. Your study progress stays on your device. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple.
1. Who We Are
107 Ready is developed and published by 456 Aerial Concepts LLC ("456 Aerial," "we," "us"), a veteran-owned UAS services company based in Northeast Florida. This policy explains what happens (and what doesn't happen) to your information when you use the 107 Ready iOS app.
2. Information We Collect
107 Ready does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifier to use the app.
The app stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Quiz answers, scores, and history
- Flagged and missed questions
- Flashcard review progress
- Your calculated readiness score
None of this study data is transmitted to 456 Aerial Concepts, stored on any server we control, or shared with any third party. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
3. In-App Purchases
107 Ready offers a one-time full unlock and an optional recertification refresher via in-app purchase. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or receive your payment card number, billing address, or Apple ID password. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, not this one.
Apple may share limited, anonymized transaction information with us (such as confirmation that a purchase was completed) solely to unlock the corresponding content in the app.
4. Analytics, Advertising & Tracking
107 Ready contains no third-party analytics software development kits (SDKs), no advertising networks, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not use your data to build an advertising profile, and the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you.
5. Children's Privacy
107 Ready is intended for individuals studying for the FAA's commercial Part 107 remote pilot knowledge test, a certification the FAA does not issue to anyone under 16. The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us using the details below and we will address it.
6. Data Retention & Your Choices
Because study data never leaves your device, you are always in control of it: deleting the app permanently removes it. There is no account for us to delete and no server-side copy for us to retain, so there is nothing additional to request from us in this regard.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy — for example, if a future version of the app adds optional analytics or cloud sync — we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you within the app before the change takes effect.
